This Privacy Policy explains how Silinfra Solar (operated by SILINFRA LLP, Surat, Gujarat, India — “Silinfra”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our website silinfra.co, contact us, or connect an account to our social-media publishing tools. By using our services you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Details you give us — when you submit a lead, enquiry, callback or solar-calculator form: your name, phone number, email, location/pincode, roof or energy details, and any message you send.
• Usage & device data — pages visited, approximate location, browser/device type, and IP address, collected via cookies and analytics to keep the site secure and improve it.
• Social-account data — if you connect a social network (see §4), we receive the account/profile identifiers and access tokens the network provides so we can publish the content you schedule.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and deliver solar EPC, BESS and O&M services.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and tools.
• To publish social-media content that you explicitly create and schedule through our tools.
• To comply with legal, tax and regulatory obligations in India.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Social-media publishing integration

Silinfra uses a self-hosted publishing tool to schedule and post content to social networks including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter). When you choose to connect one of these accounts:

• You are redirected to the network's own secure login (OAuth). We never see or store your social-network password.
• The network returns an access token and your profile/page identifiers, which we store solely to publish the posts you authorise.
• We request only the permissions needed to publish on your behalf and read the connected profile/page. We do not post anything without an explicit action by you.
• You can disconnect any account at any time from within the tool, or by revoking access in that network's settings — this immediately invalidates the stored token.

Your use of each network also remains subject to that network's own terms and privacy policy (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook & Instagram, and X).

5. How we share information

We share personal data only with:

• Service providers that host and run our website and tools (e.g. Cloudflare) under confidentiality obligations.
• Social networks you connect — content and tokens are exchanged with LinkedIn, Meta and X strictly to deliver your posts.
• Authorities, where required by applicable law.

6. Data retention

We keep enquiry and customer data for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal/tax requirements, then delete or anonymise it. Social access tokens are kept only while the account stays connected and are deleted on disconnection or on request.

7. Data deletion & your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including any data obtained through a connected social account — at any time.

• Email info.silinfra@gmail.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and the account/email concerned.
• We will delete the associated data (including stored social tokens) within 30 days and confirm by email.
• You can also revoke our access instantly from the social network's app/connected-apps settings.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect site functionality.

9. Data security

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls and self-hosted, access-restricted infrastructure — to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.

10. Children

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its effective date are always shown at the top of this page.
